How to use epayment portal?

  • Payment can be done through MCMC website or by go to the ePayment URL epayment.skmm.gov.my

What are the banks can be used for the epayment?

  • Bank that are available to use are :
    • CIMB
    • Maybank
    • Affin Bank
    • Hong Leong Bank
    • Bank Islam
    • RHB
    • VISA
    • Mastercard
    • BNP Paribas

What are the maximum amounts allowed for the payment in the epayment portal?

  • Maximum amount allowed for the payment are RM 1,000,000

What are the available time to do the epayment?

  • Time available is 7 am to 11 pm.

Why should I choose to e-payment?

  • Faster
  • Convenient
  • Safer

Apparatus Assignment

What is the valid period given to the user to do the epayment by?

  • 60 days after the notice date issues

How long is the process after the payment the payment done?

  • Period for the payment to be process are 3 working days.

Can I change my epayment account information?

  • Yes, by mail to epayment administrator epayment@mcmc.com.my.

Examination Fee / Voucher Payment

Do I need to pay to sit for an RAE or CW Test? How much?

  • Yes. RM 50 registration fee for each exam.

Can I purchase the voucher at any time?

  • Yes. However, take note of the expiry date on the voucher.

Can I purchase voucher for somebody else using my credit card/online banking?

  • Yes. However, please make sure that the Candidate Name and I/C correct.

What should I do after I purchase the voucher?

  • Fill in the application form at sems.skmm.gov.my according to your preferred exam session.

Can I make a refund after purchasing the voucher?

  • No.

Is my voucher still valid after I withdraw from an exam session?

  • Yes. However you can only re-register in the next session (given the voucher is still valid before expiry date).

Can I re-use my voucher if I'm absent on the exam day that I've registered?

  • No.
