Method of Payment: FPX

Requirements Before Using FPX Payment Method
A. Enabling Javascript
    Internet Explorer 6.X and Internet Explorer 5.X
  • Go to the 'Tools' menu and select 'Internet Options'.
  • In 'Internet Options', select the 'Security' tab.
  • Click on 'Custom Level' at the bottom right. A new window 'Security Settings' will be shown.
  • In the 'scripting' category, make sure 'Active Scripting' is marked.
  • Click 'OK'.
B. Disabling the Pop-Up Blocker
    Internet Explorer 7
  • Go to the 'Tools' menu
  • Pick the Pop-Up Blocker Menu
  • Click on 'Turn Off Pop-Up Blocker'

    Mozilla FireFox
  • Go to the 'Tools' menu.
  • Click on 'Options'.
  • Click on 'Content'
  • Make sure the box beside 'Block pop-up windows' is marked like below:


Steps to Make Payments
Step 1:
  • Click on the main menu 'Notice Review', or choose any service from the top menu.
  • The screen will be directed to its respective service.

    Step 2:
    • There will be two fields needing information.
    • Fill in the the information needed and click on 'Submit'
    • The screen will be directed to your preferred payment method.

    Step 3:
    • Select FPX (Individual / Corporate) and click on 'Confirm'.
    • Pop-Up Window will take you to the FPX page.

    Step 4
    • On this page are the terms and conditions to be observed during a transaction using the FPX System.
    • Click on the 'accept' if you agree or click on 'Decline' if you disagree.
    • If you agree, please fill in the fields for email and select the type of bank for your account.
    • Click 'Submit'.
    • Click on the 'accept' if you agree or click on 'Decline' if you disagree.

    Step 5:
    • Screen will display 'Please wait...Your Transaction is being processed'. Please wait during this process.
    • Once completed, a login screen will appear.

    Step 6:
    • To complete your transaction, you will need to log in using your account number and pin number.
    • Please make sure, the box 'I accept the terms and Conditions' is ticked then click 'OK'.
    • The system will display the status of your transaction.

    Step 7:
    • Once the system verifies that the transaction is successful, press the 'OK' button.
    • System will ask you to wait a moment while it completes your transaction.
    • The screen will be directed to your receipt.

    Step 8:
    • In the receipt page, you can print the page by clicking on the 'Print' button.
    • At the same time, the original window will be directed to your payment details.

    Step 9:
    • Either click on 'Print Receipt' to print the receipt or click on 'Home' to return to the main page.
