Payment Guide through e-Payment
General
e-Payment is a facility provided by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (SKMM) to enable customers to make payments to SKMM electronically.
Time of payments are from 7am till 11pm every day.
Kindly print receipt that is displayed after completion of transaction for reference.
e-Payment now provides an online payment service though MEPS FPX and Mastercards and Visa Credit Cards.
MEPS FPX
Payments using MEPS FPX, can be made only if you are an electronic/online banking account holder of banks registered with MEPS FPX such as:
- Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad
- CIMB Bank Berhad
- Hong Leong Bank Berhad
- Public Bank Berhad
- Maybank Berhad
- RHB Bank Berhad
*Please check with MEPS for the latest updates on the registered banks.
Payment limit for an individual account is RM 30,000 and for a Corporate account is RM 1,000,000
Please make sure the Pop-Up blocker is disabled while using the FPX payment method.

Credit Card
MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa are the new methods introduced for Online Safety Payments using Credit Cards.This method is safe and easy to use.
Please check if your Credit Card issuing bank is secured with MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa, if so, please register yourself before using this ePayment Service.
